Free shipping on every order
Standard shipping is free on all orders, no minimum.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with a tracking number once it ships.
Shipping options and delivery times
United States:
- Free standard shipping, delivered in about 7–12 business days
- Express shipping: $10.00, delivered in about 5–8 business days
Canada, Europe and other regions:
- Free standard shipping, delivered in about 8–15 business days
- Express shipping: $10.00, delivered in about 6–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships. Delays can occasionally happen during holidays, bad weather or customs checks.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at businesspetar70@gmail.com.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help. See our Refund Policy for details.
